Assumes a lunch break, 13:00–14:00, taken at a class boundary — a ring finishes the class it is on, then breaks. Rings often work through lunch to finish earlier, especially in hot weather, so every affected class below shows a second time: or HH:MM is when it would start with no break at all. This assumption is worth up to an hour — more than everything else in the model combined. If a ring is still running at 13:15, believe the earlier time.
